The location was excellent. The proximity to the tube station made exploring convenient. The staff was always helpful and polite, particularly upon our late arrival (I appreciated that after a long journey!). I found a downstairs room, which helped avoid carrying heavy luggage up stairs.
The room lacked a refrigerator. That would have been convenient for storing drinks and snacks. It would save me trips to local stores.

I found the location excellent, very near the underground station. the area was quiet and peaceful, situated close to hyde park. the staff at reception were helpful, especially with luggage assistance. They were very attentive . the room included tea and coffee facilities, and a good cupboard allowed me to unpack completely.
the water pressure in the bathroom was very low on the top floor, it seems normal in an older building.

i saw that the front desk staff provided assistance with luggage, both upon arrival and departure. the staff ensured i had everything needed, like extra towels, promptly. they were also helpful with directions to local attractions.

the staff was very cute and showed me to my room. they were particularly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location is superb, with the underground station just a minute away. i also found the area safe for walking around, even at night.
the extraction fan in the bathroom was noisy, a bit of a nuisance.
