The bathroom was exceedingly small. I am of average height , yet the showerhead placement proved problematic. The room door did not close correctly , thus allowing light to seep in continuously. This was bothersome . The motion-detected light activated each time I moved during sleep.

the room was clean. it was recently renovated and modern. the staff was really friendly and helpful . salem helped me with the luggage upstairs and also let me store it at check out.
the lock on the room door was a yale type. the catch did not work. there was no additional security chain.

The staff were REALLY helpful and friendly. I appreciated that the location was close to the Edgware Road station and Hyde Park. My room had complimentary toiletries. tea and coffee. The bed provided was super comfy with clean sheets.
The room lacked an additional security chain. It made me a bit uneasy.

The location was amazing, close to many shops and restaurants. I liked its proximity to public transport. The rooms had been renovated, and the bathroom was super clean. The hotel offered water and fruit upon arrival, a kind gesture I appreciated after a long journey.
The street outside was quite noisy. It made it difficult to sleep. I could hear everything happening outside. I wished for quieter windows.

The reception staff was always helpful, and they quickly addressed any questions I had. My Double Room was very clean upon arrival. The hotel's location made it easy to get around as it was close to transport links. Air conditioning worked well.
I noticed a very slight wear on some of the furniture, but it did not detract from the overall quality of the room.

The breakfast area was tidy. There was a good selection of pastries, fruits, and cereals available each morning. Hot coffee and tea were readily accessible to complement the meal.
