sagor ahmed helped me manage a car to the airport i appreciated his help the hotel staff was cooperative and efficient they provided good service throughout my stay the location is near haram making it accessible.
the corridors had a noticeable odor the shower head was old and did not function perfectly.

i found the staff very polite and helpful. the check-in process was smooth. the hotel proved an excellent choice, i extended my stay! housekeeping is next level and i found shameem, the room maintenance incharge, very helpful. the neighborhood has everything i needed nearby, like food and groceries.
the shower had a slight urine smell, and i noticed some mold.
