The hotel featured readily available transportation. It always had more than one bus ready outside. supervisors saqib khan, ahmed sujon, and ahmed rashed were amazing to me. i really enjoyed my stay because the staff provided quick assistance when needed.

the staff were cooperative, and the room service was quick and responsive. the housekeeping labor was nice. ahmed shujon and ahmed rachid provided top service, assisting with cleaning and instructions when we requested help.

The rooms have big windows and good views of the surrounding area. the air conditioning system was strong and effective. It kept the room at a comfortable temperature. i found the room very clean upon arrival. The cleanliness was maintained throughout my stay.

the reception staff were friendly i found the rooms clean
the transportation to haram was a real letdown they only had one bus i always waited a long time this made it tough honestly i had a bad experience the bus was late often

Ahmed sujon kept my room very clean. he managed the room affair very well. i appreciate his responsibility. the bus service to haram was very good. I strongly nominate this hotel for that, even though it's a bit far.
