surprisingly good stay
grand mosquefriendly staffhelpful staff
the hotel is close to everything. it's just minutes from the grand mosque. lots of restaurants and juice shops. the main street had every supply i needed daily. i found the staff were friendly and always ready to help.
the room was a bit small, but this wasnt a huge issue for my trip.

my room was always kept clean and tidy . it was enough for living comfortably. the bathroom was spacious. everything seemed well kept.

the facilities were very clean and in good condition. i did notice a pleasant smell throughout my stay. the walk to masjid al haram took me about ten minutes, nice.

i saw many desi restaurants nearby the hotel. this makes finding familiar food very convenient. i'd say this is a plus for anyone wanting quick meals.

The staff was helpful. They promptly provided me with a room for a few extra Riyals when I needed to upgrade. The location is also close to the Haram, I walked for approximately 9 minutes. Desi restaurants are nearby.
The room was smaller than the pictures suggested. The toilet did not drain well, and it was quite small. I also noticed a musty smell.

The location had several restaurants nearby. This was acceptable.
The air conditioning emitted a strange smell. I told staff. the bed was not comfortable at all. rooms and bathrooms need updating as well. They looked old.

The hotel had a great location, approximately a 9 minute walk to the Haram. Many desi restaurants were nearby. Cleaners came and always asked to clean the room. Water, tea bags, sugar, and a kettle were supplied. The staff were friendly and helpful during my entire stay.
The air conditioning unit made constant noise during the night.
