The breakfast was EXCEPTIONALLY good with a lot of variety. The staff were friendly people and very helpful . The location provided relatively easy access to the Haram.
The room was never cleaned by house keeping . I had to ask for towels multiple times with no one ever showing up with them. The receptionist talked with me in a super rude way when I had an inconvenience with my luggage.

The room size was adequate, the staff were helpful, and the provided food was satisfactory.
Taxis refused fares lower than 20 riyals. A scheduled bus service operated infrequently and deposited passengers a considerable distance from the Haram. Walking became unavoidable and exhausting.
