The room was impressively clean upon arrival. Daily housekeeping kept everything super clean . I found the bed very comfortable (and slept well!). The staff greeted me with smiles and provided efficient service.

The gym was a bit small, though it still had essential equipment.

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, and it was ALL really tasty. The staff was particularly helpful and polite . The hotel's location, being conveniently outside the downtown area, provided easy access to major roads.

The bathroom felt a bit small and the water drainage was not optimal. The floor often had standing water. Although I requested a non-smoking room, I initially received a smoker's room, and the smell was quite unpleasant. It took several hours to get a different room. The cooker also WASN'T working.

the bed make noise when i turn around during sleep. i felt itchy sometimes. in two occasions i have seen blood stains so i assume i was being bitten by something.

the location is great! it is close to many main roads. i found access to areas across the city easy. the staff were polite and very friendly, such a pleasant touch.

i found no available parking space upon arrival. it was a small inconvenience to deal with.
