great value stay
convenient locationcomfy bedseasy taxi access
i found the location quite convenient, a 15-minute walk downhill to masjid al haram and a slightly longer uphill walk back. the beds were comfy and i appreciated the clean room plus good shower and bathroom. taxis were easy to get for trips elsewhere.
i noticed the breakfast was somewhat limited in options.

free wifi was available throughout the hotel. air-conditioning was effective, and the room had a fridge. these amenities ensured a relaxing and comfortable stay for all guests.

the hotel restaurant had excellent kitchen staff. dinner was available for 30 riyal. the breakfast buffet provided a different menu each day, enjoyable. the chefs were polite and always smiling.

The breakfast was acceptable.
There was excessive noise from cars and buses at all hours. I could not sleep well. It would be better to ensure rooms do not face the streets, and upper floors are preferable.

The shuttle bus was unreliable. I waited a LONG time (not fun) and ended up using other hotels' shuttles. The cafe to reception services were also inconsistent. I never got through on the phone, no matter who I tried to call.
