The HOTEL is well maintained and tidy. I especially appreciated the quick access to the Ibn Battuta Mall. The on-site restaurant was satisfactory. Food was tasty. Rooms were clean and spacious.
the room air conditioner did not work. The room temperature was high, and the maintenance efforts were unsuccessful. The staff did not follow up to check if the issue was resolved.

The room was quite spacious! I appreciated the well-functioning AC and found the mini-fridge very useful. The smart TV even allowed phone mirroring. The availability of ample power outlets was beneficial. I liked the option to open windows for fresh air. The recycling bins showed a good commitment to sustainability.
The absence of a porter service was slightly inconvenient. I did see trolleys available for guest use

The location is very convenient. The hotel is next to a metro station and a large mall. This made getting around and finding places to eat easy for me. The breakfast offered a variety of items.
The room lacked some basic supplies. There was no lotion or conditioner available. The tv is not a smart tv.
