I found the shuttle service very convenient. It ran frequently to al-haram. the room i stayed in was quite spacious. the staff members were generally helpful, addressing my needs promptly.
The breakfast options were somewhat repetitive . A little more variety would have been welcome.

the hotel is situated in a location with straightforward access to al-haram via the shuttle service, though the immediate surroundings have limited points of interest! the bus service minimized travel time considerably.

Solid stay near the Haram

I found the staff attitude very respectful. They welcomed guests warmly. They listened to feedback carefully and acted on it immediately. The location is superb with excellent, well-organized bus services. I could reach the Haram in hardly 3 to 4 minutes.
The room was assigned on the first floor. It constantly smelled of sewerage water.

Breakfast had excellent choices . The staff were also very respective. The dinner buffet requires payment. A rate of SAR 50 per head is applied, but I did not try it.

The room had shampoo, towels and tea bags provided. Room service was inconsistent. One day the room service was provided while I was at the Haram. The next day, it was not, a bit disappointing.
Location

The location is superb with buses available. The buses operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I reached the Haram in only 3 to 4 minutes. I could easily get to the Haram back and forth at any time.

The hotel provided underground safe car parking, excellent. I never experienced long waits. There is also a mosque in the hotel making it very convenient.

The breakfast options felt quite limited. MOSTLY targeted towards one type of cuisine. I had expected a bit more variety. The shuttle service, advertised as 24 hours, was not as reliable as I thought it would be. I ended up using taxis a few times because the bus was not available when needed.

The public bus transport is right in front. It is free and runs all day. the shops selling food and clothes are available at street level. i found this particularly helpful for quick needs
