Solid Stay Near the University
quiet room clean room free parking continental breakfast
The hotel is near the university. My room was quiet and clean. I used the free on-site parking. I registered my car at reception. The staff was polite even after hours. Rooms have a kettle with tea and coffee. I received a continental breakfast in a bag. It included a croissant, juice, yogurt, and fruit.
There is no lift for upper floors, which could be a problem for some guests.

damp carpet rude staff
there were plenty of electrical sockets , i guess that's something.
the carpets smelled damp and musty , not pleasant at all. there was also a leak from the roof , water dripped from a light in the corridor , so they had mop buckets underneath it. the female staff on reception was rude , acting like i was bothering her just by existing.

I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. The room had a tea and coffee maker, very welcome for a relaxing morning. A breakfast bag was available downstairs and I collected it each morning. It was a nice touch.
The shower's water pressure changed unexpectedly with the temperature adjustments, a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is conveniently near the city center which offers easy access. I found that a short walk of about ten minutes takes you into the heart of the area, a pleasant stroll.

The location is near the train station (a plus for travelers). the room included an iron and a kettle. These were really useful.

ample parking good shower fast check-in
i loved how much parking there was! the room was a good size it had a great shower. check-in was so fast, even with a line! breakfast in a bag is cool, lets me eat it later.

convenient stay near the arena
spacious room excellent shower free parking
The spacious room was very good. I found the shower to be excellent, and the provided towels were clean, we had free parking available, it was quite useful as we went to a show at the arena. i always value free parking. The location was convenient for the event i attended.
The absence of air conditioning made things difficult during the heat. It became quite uncomfortable. we did struggle a bit with the temperature. It definitely affected sleep quality.

The room seemed refreshed and clean. It added to the experience, and the shower was good. i found the towels provided to be very clean, always a plus when staying somewhere.

excellent parking spacious room extra pillows aerial problem constant noise faulty closer
the parking was excellent. the room was spacious. i found two pillows each on the bed and that is always good. the shower was excellent!!!
the tv did not function due to an aerial problem. i was told nobody else had complained, but the engineer checked other rooms and found the same problem. this hotel was constantly noisy with room doors banging on closing. this happened because of the room closer on each door.
