The hotel's location is very convenient, particularly for travellers arriving by train since it is near the station. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean (I appreciated this a lot) and had the amenities I required. I was provided with an extra duvet to stay warm because the room was quite cold.

the rooms were very clean and tidy. i stayed 2 nights and the cleaners even came in after the first night and tidied the room. staff were very friendly and approachable, it was a really nice place.
Our room was not cleaned properly after the first night. One bed was made, but the other two beds were not.

i found the location very convenient, just a short walk from the train station (this made arrival and departure easy). the room featured clean linen and towels, which i appreciated. staff allowed me to store my luggage before check-in, very helpful.
the air conditioning made quite a bit of noise even when it was turned off, disturbing my sleep.

ineffective heating systemtrain rumbles
i found the room unusually COLD. the heating system looked ineffective, and a small portable heater did little to improve the situation. additionally, the noise from the nearby train station was more pronounced than expected. TRAIN rumbles occurred frequently and disrupted sleep.
