The Seaburn Inn enjoys a superb location right on the seafront, with some rooms offering lovely sea views and balconies. Guests often highlight the spacious rooms and the convenience of having tea and coffee making facilities. Its proximity to attractions like The Stack and the Stadium of Light, along with easy access to Sunderland and South Shields via regular bus services, also makes it a great base for exploring. Some guests have occasionally noted slower service times in the restaurant during peak periods, however many enjoy the food, particularly the Sunday lunch carvery.

uneven experience at the seaside

sea viewparking finelack of staff assistance
the sea view from the room was acceptable.
I found parking to be a real problem. I received a parking fine for £170.00. the staff offered no assistance with this issue. i am very dissatisfied with this situation and the lack of support, especially as i visit frequently.

i stayed in a double or twin room balcony. the room was quite spacious. the balcony offered a lovely view (it was a really great addition).
i found the breakfast service a bit chaotic. plates for the continental breakfast were only tea saucers (this was inconvenient).
