excellent location good bar

The location is excellent, just adjacent to the station. A very good bar exists inside. I also found the breakfast very nice.

The car park is located behind the hotel. The one-way system is a little difficult.

great facilities friendly staff

The location is convenient. It is right next to the train station. My room was equipped with great facilities, I felt very much at home. The breakfast choice was good, the staff were friendly. I found a lift to all floors.

helpful staff good size tv relaxing table

the staff were helpful and friendly. my room had a settee and a good-sized tv on the wall. i found a table where i could sit and relax (that was quite useful!).

the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

the hotel is right outside the train station doors. it is a short walk into the town centre, the cathedral, and the castle. there are a number of pubs and restaurants nearby.

the hotel decor was beautiful. the hotel room had facilities such as a kettle and tea and coffee. the bathroom had soaps and shower gels. complimentary drinks were offered for opting out of housekeeping.
