My room was quite outdated and rather unclean. I found stained wallpaper and fixtures were not fit for purpose.. This created a poor impression.

The hotel is close to the airport. The short walk is well signposted. I found the level path to the terminal very convenient, especially with luggage trolleys available. The room was surprisingly spacious and clean. I was very happy to see an iron in the room. This helped me prepare quickly for my meetings.
The exit from the car park wasn't very clearly signed, so I had to circle around a bit.

Staff were very polite and helpful when I requested extra coffee. They quickly brought it to my room. The check-in process was smooth, with minimal wait time. This ensured a quick start to my stay. I was impressed by their attentiveness and efficiency.

The room had crisp white linen sheets and a comfortable bed. A kettle and complimentary tea and coffee were available. More were at the front desk upon request. I found the lobby and dining and bar facilities recently refurbished. The hotel location is easily walkable from the airport. It is right on the edge of the airport car park.
I noticed a spoon from a previous guest was left on the cabinet unwashed.
