a stay with some minor issues

the tv in my standard twin room hot was not great. the picture was cloudy and dim, so it was hard to watch anything. also, i found it inconvenient that there was only one electrical outlet and usb port available on my side of the bed. (i guess my travel buddy was happier than me).

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered a great variety of options. the location was convenient, close to many attractions. my room was very clean and well-kept.

the tv seemed outdated and displayed channels with noticeable static.

the check in was quick. room 528 was very clean, spacious and the beds were very comfy. breakfast was lovely (especially the fresh options). staff on reception were friendly and ready to help.

The room was standard for this hotel chain it was also nice and neat.

I found the breakfast was a shambles I had to queue for seats I also noticed very little food was available. There were no pastries no eggs and no clean plates. Nothing was refilled unless someone specifically requested it.

the location was acceptable.

The room service was very annoying. They knocked loudly at 10 am every morning. if we didn't open, they would enter the room. we had to leave the room for them to clean, inconvenient.
