I loved the good restaurant for evening dinner! it had great food alongside excellent service. the inclusive breakfast was plentiful. I found fresh fruit, pastries, traditional english breakfast, and juices, teas, and coffees that staff replenished frequently. the beds felt so comfortable, and the rain shower was great. I was in the additional accommodation across the road from the main building.
the central heating wasn't working in my room so i had to use an oil radiator, a little inconvenient.

The hotel features an excellent restaurant that provides dinner service each evening, and i could choose from a variety of dishes. The breakfast buffet provides a variety of fresh options daily for everyone.

it is super handy to everything! the hotel is near many shops and restaurants with many choices based on your mood. getting around was easy since the metro is close so it was perfect.

The hotel had a great location for local bars and restaurants. waitrose and tesco express were very close. the staff was friendly. A guy even showed me where to park and helped me find a spot. checking in early was a big help for me.
i found the room a bit too small for what i paid, but nothing major.

The staff offered assistance with parking outside and ensured i didn't block anyone. Their help was efficient. the reception staff provided prompt responses. They addressed my questions quickly. the team facilitated an early check-in.

The room i booked was not what i got. It felt tiny. the staff seemed unhelpful after i complained about empty cans under the bed and dirty underwear on the windowsill. the music played all day was way too loud.

the breakfast was acceptable (i especially liked the attentive breakfast servers).
The room i stayed in felt quite cold. I found no instructions for the air-conditioning. the shower entrance was also very tight, i felt, and the toilet seemed too close to the wall. the overall experience was not quite what i anticipated for a high-profile area.
