amazing stay!
helpful receptionist central location
i found a very helpful receptionist. rooms are clean and spacious. the location is at the heart of the city centre and close to the railway station. i had super quick access to everything!
the room we stayed in had a conjoining door , made the rooms so loud and noisy. we could hear everything! reception warned them. it continued and only ended when they had to leave. this wrecked our first night.

the hotel includes good facilities, and they are very fresh, well decorated and laid out. i noticed that it is very quiet. i could easily access all the amenities that i needed .

good size room clean room central location missing shampoo malfunctioning card unclear warning
the room was a good size for a standard room. it was new and clean. the location was near the car park, which i appreciated. the curtains in the bedroom kept the light out very well.
i found no shampoo in the dispenser. room cards stopped working at midday. i was not warned about this and needed the card to operate the lift, so i got stuck.
