The staff members were very efficient and lovely. I found parking just outside the door very convenient. The hotel was super clean and cozy, which I appreciated and the location was close to the city.
The soundproofing in the room was a problem, as I could hear slamming doors. People talking in the corridor kept me awake. I noticed a big gap under the room door and that may have been the problem.

weak pressure non-functional thermostat
The breakfast buffet was plentiful it had many options.
The shower pressure was sadly weak on the seventh floor the water also drained slowly. The thermostat in the room did not seem to function the heating did not work at all.

overcooked sausages terrible eggs
the breakfast was a letdown the sausages were overcooked. the scrambled eggs were also not good. i think they could easily improve the breakfast with a bit more effort. there was a hole in the wall filled with paper it looked bad.

great parking convenient location friendly receptionist noisy ac unclean bathroom missing fridge
I was happy with the location. It was handy for the city center. Parking was also great. I liked the really friendly receptionist at arrival.
The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, so I had trouble sleeping. The bathroom didn't appear totally clean. The room also didn't have a fridge, a big minus for me.
