I keep coming back. This must have been my tenth stay. the staff are really nice, especially tony. He always greets everyone with a smile. the full english breakfast is amazing!!!

a rather dated experience
peeling wallpapertv remote
The room looked quite worn. i noticed some wallpaper was peeling. there was also a distinct lack of soundproofing. I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms. the tv remote also didn't work. It was annoying.

the staff was very nice and helpful, so that met my expectations.
The room was not good. I found the bathroom light did not work. i told the receptionist, and she asked me what kind of light fitting it was. I really don't know, and i'm not sure why i should.

The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I enjoyed the breakfast. It had many options. The location was very convenient to access various attractions. I found on-site parking useful (though it is first-come, first-served).
The communal hallways felt a little dated.

Breakfast was cooked to order, which I really enjoyed. There was a good choice on the menu (especially the pancakes!). The breakfast service was very prompt and courteous.
