The room felt smaller than expected! and the bathroom had a musty odor i couldn't ignore. The ventilation seemed inadequate. breakfast was a letdown. The pastries tasted stale. The coffee was weak. the noise from outside kept me up. Thin walls didn't help. i likely wont return because of these issues. Its sad really

i found the allocated room rather noisy because of the road traffic. despite my prior request for a quiet room, the noise level disrupted my sleep. the parking charges also seemed high at £8.50 for 24 hours, even with the guest discount.

i thought the breakfast was not very good. there was no orange juice, i like that with my breakfast. the hot food didn't have hash browns or a second kind of eggs, like at other places. the duvet was too thin, so i felt cold even with the air conditioning off.

the hotel included a surprisingly good breakfast. there was a lovely buffet. i found eggs, sausages, bacon, beans, an array of fruit and yogurts available. it was all served in a spacious area.

the air conditioning made loud banging noises during the night, this kept me awake.

the staff stored our baby bottles in their own fridge, as there wasn't one available in the room (a thoughtful gesture!). the receptionist was very knowledgeable about the area and provided helpful recommendations. the breakfast included cooked items, pastries, cereal, and fruit. the location provided easy access to the city centre.

the road noise was slightly noticeable, even with closed windows, though it didn't greatly disrupt my sleep.
