The room cleanliness was not great. The carpet felt thin and musty. Hallway carpets looked worn out as well. I think the rooms need a refresh.

The room had basic amenities, and reception staff efficiently handled the car park registration.
The customer service was poor. The till wasn't working, so I couldn't order food or drinks one night. No alternative was suggested, so I was dismissed. On the second night, the WiFi wasn't working, and I still could not order anything.
