The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good standard. I found the location perfect for using public transport to explore the area and the city centre was easily accessible by foot. The value for money was particularly good.

The window in my room didn't seal shut completely, so I could hear some road noise.

the staff WAS EXCELLENT! the room size was good and very clean. breakfast choices were really good and the room price was very reasonable. i loved the easy walk into the town center as well! it made getting around super convenient.

the room smelled like cigarettes when i arrived. the toilet and bath were clogged. it took a very long time for the water to clear so i couldn't put the tissue in the toilet.

Check-in was easy and quick. The location is close to the train station (Bradford Interchange). I appreciated the good breakfast and pizza restaurant downstairs. The room was spacious.

There was significant noise from traffic outside as the window seal was broken and hanging off. This would improve the experience a lot.
