convenient location simple breakfast
the hotel's location was convenient. it was a short walk to the arena for a show. breakfast was a simple continental option.
I only received one pillow. I found this inadequate for my comfort.

Solid Stay Near the Arena
great location easy check-in late checkout
The hotel's location was excellent for attending an event. It was basically right next to the venue. The check-in process was quick and easy plus they offered a noon checkout, a nice bonus. I will definitely stay there if I return to visit the area..
The parking was a bit limited. I also had to pay £8 per day, less budget-friendly.

The hotel has one elevator, though it seemed a little slow sometimes, especially when staff were using it. I noticed the availability of accessible rooms needing them. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Excellent Stay Near the Arena!
useful kettle arena location short tram
I found the provided kettle very useful after requesting it from the staff. The hotel's location near the arena was EXTREMELY convenient for attending events. The short tram ride to the town center made exploring the area easy.
I was charged £7 per night for parking beside the hotel, which I found unexpected and less than ideal.

While there was no cooked breakfast option, the hotel provided a continental breakfast. The staff ensured there were ample choices for a quick bite before I headed out for the day. It was really good.

The hotel's location near the ice rink was fantastic, and I found it within walking distance of several places for food and leisure. Its proximity to the arena and a nearby tram stop was also a significant advantage.
