awesome stay near the kelpies!
friendly staffhelpful staff
the room was super clean. the staff were amazingly friendly. they even let us order a takeaway since we arrived late, and gave us plates and cutlery. i sure appreciate that they allowed us to eat in the seating area and use their things.

The bedroom was spacious!!! The large shower room and the super clean cleanliness really impressed me. The bed was comfortable. A blackout blind provided a good night's sleep.
I had to go to reception for a hairdryer.

The staff were helpful. The women at reception assisted with my friend's tie and promptly booked a taxi. i forgot my phone charger, but the gentleman working that night kindly provided me with one. i found the room clean and the staff offered excellent value for money.
the location required taxi rides for most trips, slightly increasing overall expenses.

The twin room featured adequately sized beds and super clean linen. The room was very clean. the good size television was a nice addition to the room, providing entertainment (especially after a long day of traveling!).

I found the staff very friendly and helpful . The location was convenient for my travel needs. The room had the best shower I have ever experienced. There was easy parking with security cameras watching the car park.
The bathroom bin had not been changed on arrival. I realised the next morning it caused a slight odour.
