My room felt quite dated. the shower pressure was weak. It barely trickled. noise from other guests was also a problem. I heard loud voices very early.

The location is very convenient (I found it super easy to move around). The train station is right beside the hotel. This provided quick access to the town center. The staff was helpful and cute.
The breakfast schedule was slightly tight for me.

I found the staff helpful. Their friendliness really made a difference. the room had comfortable beds, so i had a very restful sleep. the hotel offers easy access to the city centre via bus, which i used frequently. i also appreciated having a pub and restaurant right in the building.
the television was quite small, a minor inconvenience.

I really like the friendly staff, they were so helpful. The breakfast included much good food and beverage option. I find the room I stay in to be very neat, and I liked the spacious shower. It was really easy to get to the train station because it was just round the corner.
Driving into the car park it be difficult for some because the spaces are very limited.
