Solid stay in the west end

The location is close to several restaurants. The staff were helpful with my enquiries. The breakfast offers a good choice with fruit juice, cereals, and a cooked option. I enjoyed the yogurt and toast. the coffee was quite nice.
The stairs are steep and winding.

adequate stay with some drawbacks

My room faced a busy street, resulting in significant noise late into the night, sleep was difficult until the early hours. the shower was also subpar. The water pressure was barely adequate. these issues detracted from the otherwise acceptable accommodations.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, i noticed breakfast included oat milk when i asked. i was able to borrow an iron, that was helpful as i need to press my shirt.

the location suited my needs well. it was close to restaurants and public transport
the bathroom was far from acceptable i saw mold in the shower and around the sink drains. the room decor felt very dated, not matching the photos online. i found this quite disappointing
