The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful i loved that. the room was really clean and it had everything i needed. plus it was awesome having mcDonald's and costa right next door. Getting discounts there was a great perk
the bathroom door was a pain it wouldn't close properly because the lock was broken. the toilet seat fixing was also broken so it kept moving around which was annoying. i was told maintenance couldn't fix it during the weekend and no other rooms were available, which wasn't ideal

i also liked that, because it was a services stop, my car was right outside my door, it was just perfect.
the carpet in my room had some stains, and the bathroom looked a little outdated, i think a little modernisation would really improve the rooms overall.
