fresh fruitfriendly staff
The location is fantastic. I was super close to all the main attractions! the staff were really friendly and always ready to help, that's a plus. i also liked the breakfast, especially the fresh fruit selection (yum!). i really enjoyed the spacious room too.
i have to say that the stairs were a bit of a challenge, especially with luggage.

i loved that the location was excellent, right in the centre. the breakfast was delicious. a nearby car park at the rear of the hotel had steps, very convenient for access.
the layout of the hotel was a bit confusing. i really loved the apartment style room though.

I found the room convenient with tea and coffee making facilities. The free WiFi was fast and reliable (perfect for planning day trips). The provided iron and ironing board were useful to keep my clothes crisp. I also found fresh towels and water daily, thanks to housekeeping.
The TV in my room didn't work, and the staff were not particularly helpful in resolving the issue, it was somewhat disappointing considering it was a premium room.
