The location IS convenient with public transportation nearby. The shared kitchen has appliances that I used for quick meals. It was neat and functional. I found that the bed in my room was amazingly comfortable. The room size provided enough space for the duration of my stay.
I noted a lack of staff . Almost everything required self-service through computers. The absence of personal interaction was definitely felt. I needed more toilet paper but there were no extra rolls.

Fantastic and Convenient Stay!

The self check-in process was quick and simple. The room was spacious and comfortable. I found the location convenient, as it was near the city center with easy access to trams and the local metro. The availability of facilities such as a laundry room, ironing room, café, ping pong table, and luggage storage greatly enhanced my stay.
There was usually no staff available to resolve this issue, which caused considerable inconvenience. I hope this technical issue is addressed .

The check-in process was very quick. I also appreciated the autonomy this hotel offered. The staff at the support office was helpful and AVAILABLE. THE room was clean.
The carpet in my room had stains. The hotel should provide kettles and cups in rooms. Guests would not need to carry hot water from the lobby then.
