excellent locationfriendly staffbasic roomuncomfortable bed
the location was excellent. it was easy to reach from paddington. the staff were really helpful and friendly. i found it reassuring that a real person was on duty at reception 24 hours a day.
The family room we stayed in was quite basic. it featured 3 beds in a line, a small tv, a fan, and a kettle. the bed was uncomfortable. The mattress needs replacing.

mixed feelings about the stay
convenient locationstained bedspreaddead batteries
the location suited my needs, as it was near paddington.
My room was not very clean, and i noticed several stains on the bed spread. the room was quite cold because of the single-pane glass (it got uncomfortable in the morning when the heating was turned off). the tv remote did not work. Its batteries were dead.

the staff was helpful upon my arrival. the decor is interesting, it has an 'olde worlde' feel. ensuite facilities were fine. i found the location great since i arrived near paddington station.
The room was small. the ensuite felt tiny. It was difficult to move around in it. the lighting was bad in both the room and bathroom. the mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. it made a lot of noise when i moved.

A sweet stay

My Double Room had a exquisite feel. It was exactly what I needed, since I was alone for a few nights. I felt safe and the decor was so fancy. I sent pics to my friends, they agreed that the design was gorgeous.
The room was very small, and moving in it was a struggle.

The staff were really helpful, especially when I needed some advice. which I appreciate very much. Someone was always available at the reception.

The hotel is near Paddington and it is easy walk to Edgware Road. This hotel has its own theme. I could leave my luggage after checkout, very convenient for my travel plans.
