the location was great because it was close to the station. the room was clean and modern too. the staff are very friendly, it makes the experience so special. i found the comfortable bed a plus after long walks.

The location was very convenient. It was close to Paddington Station. The room had tea and coffee facilities, I definitely used those. The staff was friendly, which I always appreciate.
My room faced the street, so it was quite noisy. Street noise kept me awake a few nights. The bathroom was also quite small (it was hard to move around in there). The shower drain seemed a bit clogged.

i found the location very convenient near paddington station. the staff was friendly and helpful (alisha even helped with my luggage!). the room was spacious for the price. i also liked that i could leave my luggage after checking out.
the walls are thin, and i could hear footsteps and doors banging at night. it was a bit loud.

the staff was like, totally friendly! alisha helped get our luggage upstairs, i think it was awesome. the hotel location is great. it was really close to paddington station, maybe 3 minutes away. it was pretty convenient, i gotta say.
the room was small, i mean really small. there wasnt a lot of heat, the bathroom had no heat. i did not have a floor towel and the hand towels werent changed . it was four days!

i liked the hotel's location , close to paddington station. the staff was friendly , specifically biplop. he. the hotel held my luggage before check-in , which was convenient.
the television did not function well. i had some difficulty with that amenity.

the staff were friendly. the location near the train station was also convenient. shops around the hotel made it easy to find necessities.
the room i was assigned was dirty. i found rubbish in the bin upon arrival. the sheets had stains and stray hairs , that was unappealing.
