The staff was SUPER friendly and efficient! The included breakfast was served at the table. I got my own cute coffee pot, which I loved! The location is close to the Earls Court Tube Station. I enjoyed being near everything.
The room was clean, but cozy. It wasn't spacious.

This location is AMAZING near a bus stop. I could easily get to South Kensington museums and Hyde Park. The staff at reception and breakfast WERE friendly. I would definitely come back due to these hard workers.
The water pressure in the shower was LOW. It made showering a little difficult
