the staff here was very helpful, and always available to assist. the room was clean upon arrival. the lift was a definite advantage for accessing all floors with luggage.

The staff was SUPER friendly and efficient! The included breakfast was served at the table. I got my own cute coffee pot, which I loved! The location is close to the Earls Court Tube Station. I enjoyed being near everything.
The room was clean, but cozy. It wasn't spacious.

amazing location friendly staff hard workers easy access
This location is AMAZING near a bus stop. I could easily get to South Kensington museums and Hyde Park. The staff at reception and breakfast WERE friendly. I would definitely come back due to these hard workers.
The water pressure in the shower was LOW. It made showering a little difficult

Breakfast included lots of food. There were fresh fruits, cereal, toast, boiled eggs, and even cheese. I also had fresh coffee and hot chocolate. Breakfast was definitely plentiful.
