awesome stay near everything!
24-hour security convenient location useful closet
This hotel is great! i had a fantastic experience, especially with the 24-hour security. It gave me real peace of mind. the location is super convenient. It is close to transportation and shops! my room even had a true closet and a table and chairs, so useful.
the staff didn't seem very friendly when i arrived. some questions were answered in a curt manner , and they didn't have much local knowledge. i asked for a shower cap , but they didn't have one.

tube station nice restaurants spacious room comfortable rest
the accommodation is very close to the tube station. many restaurants are nearby, i found several very good options. my room was larger than expected. the bed provided really comfortable rest after busy days.
the windows had some dirt. it wasn't a major issue, though.

low water pressure thin walls
the shower situation wasn't ideal. water pressure was practically nonexistent, and the temperature swung between freezing and scalding. the bathroom itself felt cramped, like they designed it for someone half my size. also, the walls was thin, so every noise from the hallway was like it was happening right next to my head.

I was upgraded to a triple room, a lovely surprise. The extra space was very welcome. The room faced the garden, I saw people picnicking there. The bed was comfy. The staff are friendly.
The shower pressure was somewhat weak.

Although I only utilized the grab and go breakfast due to time constraints, I found it convenient. A local Costa offered an alternative, should I have desired it. The grab and go option was basic.

The staff were helpful. They quickly addressed my requests. Staff resolved the room change, after i had an issue with the hot water. Everyone was patient.

small room tiny lift
the staff at reception were helpful. they assisted me with directions.
The room was quite small. i struggled to maneuver with my luggage. the lift was also tiny. Only one person with a small bag could fit.
