breakfast had a lot of choices and my room was very good.
the attitude of the manager was not good, i thought loyalty mattered. i booked a room after a long day, but it was a wheelchair access room. i asked for a different room, but they said the hotel was full, it wasnt good.

i found the staff were not very observant. when i asked about parking, they said not to worry about it. the next morning, i discovered i had to register my vehicle. getting an invoice required many emails and phone calls. i still am waiting for it

i enjoyed my visit for work. the location had convenient transport links. the room was very clean and big. the staff, they are nice and helpful, welcomed me warmly.
the rooms are not soundproof. you can easily hear noises from outside and other rooms. this can be a little disruptive, especially at night. more sound insulation in the rooms would definitely improve the stay.

the shower situation wasn't exactly stellar. it flooded twice , a little unexpected water feature i didn't sign up for. the staff didn't seem too concerned, a bit of a letdown. extra towels took multiple requests, almost like they were guarding them with their lives.

the location is convenient, close to the city center. breakfast included a wide variety of cereals, yogurts, pastries, and hot food options. i particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs. the staff at the reception were attentive and quick to address all my needs.
I found the room lighting to be quite poor. The room felt rather dim.

the room was super clean and quite cosy for the nights count, i must admit. the decor had pleasing little touches with the mini smeg fridge and a large tv.
i found the night shift workers acted rudely during check in. they messed up my check in and then the check out, a fact i wasn't aware of until the final step.
