My room had free parking close by, which helped with my luggage. Continental breakfast was complimentary, a real plus. The bar decor looked nice where breakfast happens, a pleasant surprise.
pillows needed improvement, i found them awful. a mirror in the bedroom would be helpfull.

i found the staff friendly. the pub and dining area were also quite lovely. the room had good equipment. i also appreciated the smooth and easy check in process.
the room i stayed in felt quite tired. i noticed chipped paintwork on the wooden surfaces. the shower tray was also very slippery and felt dangerous to me. the bed was too bouncy.

The staff were very cute. The attitude was friendly and professional. The bar decor where breakfast is served is quite nice! The location is also ideal as I wanted to visit family and friends living in the area.
The room didn't have local heating adjustment, not ideal. It was a bit cold in the room and I couldn't adjust the temperature!

Admirable Hotel Stay

My stay lasted one night, and I appreciated the convenient parking directly outside my room. The bar and restaurant provided excellent choices, and I enjoyed relaxing outside with a drink during the evening. My room offered generous space and cleanliness. It was a very comfortable space. The shower pressure was notable.
Upon my arrival, the reception area lacked staff presence. This occurred around 6 p.m., and I believe a better welcome experience could improve this. Securing consistent staffing at reception is worth further consideration.

I observed that the hotel has both a bar and a restaurant. There is a reduced menu on certain days. The hotel accommodates larger parties. A group of twelve seemed very pleased with the food and service.

The staff members were friendly and helpful to me. One staff member, Irene, was particularly cute and provided great service. The owner offered a downstairs room given the number of bags I had. I considered this thoughtful.
