the staff was friendly. breakfast included a good selection, so I didn't go hungry. it was a good start to my day. also, the location made it easy to get around the city center, it was pretty convenient.

the room was too warm. the thermostat didn't seem to adjust the temperature. this was really inconvenient when the hotel was busy.

my room had a kettle, tea, and coffee , all cleverly hidden behind a large mirror. i appreciated the daily housekeeping , if i wanted it. the staff stored my luggage after i checked out because i had a late flight home.

the bar closed relatively early.

the air conditioning was quite weak it barely cooled the room down i had to ask for a fan which helped a little the breakfast buffet had limited options and some items ran out quickly the dining area felt cramped during peak hours. i really wanted a good breakfast but it was just disappointing. i think they need to improve on this aspect for a more comfortable stay

the location is GREAT it is so close to everything i wanted to see the room was super clean when i arrived and the staff gave a warm welcome at check-in breakfast had many options and i really liked the fresh croissants they offer the hotel had modern look and the rooms were very comfortable.

the gym equipment seemed a little worn there WERE some scratches on the treadmills screen but overall the workout experience was adequate.

The room was hot ALL night. I set the thermostat to the lowest setting, but it didn't change a THING. The windows do not open either. The situation made sleeping difficult, to say the least. I found the lack of window ventilation very frustrating, very frustrating

the room was nice, CLEAN and comfy. it had modern furnishings and cool AC. the breakfast offered a standard range.

then the room wasn't as expected with twin beds when a double was booked. staff said everything was booked out so nothing they could do. the plug in the basin got stuck shut stopping me from using it without flooding the bathroom

the breakfast was great with a lot of options. the price of the room were good and fitted my budget. everything looked clean and tidy to. i enjoyed my short stay, everything was great

my room ac did not worked properly and it was far too hot for me. i think the corridor was very noisy with other guest. i know that it is not the hotel fault. i had to ask for a fan at the reception.
