central location friendly staff clean room

the location was close to the travel station and the city center! the staff were helpful and friendly , breakfast had lovely options! the room was clean and provided a decent space.

ineffective air conditioning slow replenishment

The air conditioning was not effective. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. the breakfast area needed attention. Tables were not cleaned promptly. the buffet was often depleted, and replenishment was slow, causing delays and inconvenience. staff assistance in the breakfast area was minimal. This impacted the overall experience.

the location were near everything. i find the city view from the room really nice. the staff were really helpful because they assist me enough.

i called about parking. i have to listen to music for seven minutes. someone answered later.
