The location allowed for easy access to the pantry and lounge. This was a plus.

The room was not up to par. I found that the floors creaked significantly. The TV wasn't working when I arrived and needed fixing. Plus, there was a European plug hairdryer but no European plug socket in the room.

I arrived just after their reopening after some updates. the cleanliness was really noticeable. the pantry was a great touch with free coffee and snacks available. This was a real plus. the staff were helpful.

I found a slight stain on the carpet. It was quite small.

the room was super clean. i really like netflix was on the tv. the beds felt comfortable to sleep in, i dozed off almost immediately. the staff, i must say, was really amazing and kind.

the room need a better vent. i could not control the room temperature easily. the signage was a little confusing and i nearly got lost. noise outside in the courtyard was very bad, really late.
