creaky floor european plug

The location allowed for easy access to the pantry and lounge. This was a plus.

The room was not up to par. I found that the floors creaked significantly. The TV wasn't working when I arrived and needed fixing. Plus, there was a European plug hairdryer but no European plug socket in the room.

noticeable cleanliness pantry touch helpful staff

I arrived just after their reopening after some updates. the cleanliness was really noticeable. the pantry was a great touch with free coffee and snacks available. This was a real plus. the staff were helpful.

I found a slight stain on the carpet. It was quite small.

the staff were very helpful. breakfast provided vegan options i liked. the kitchen staff were fabulous and showed hospitality. the location was great to. room WAS comfortable

the mattresses were thin AND uncomfortable. some bedding had stains i noticed. the shower didn't worked correctly, and hot water ran out fast. the window did not stay OPEN

decent stay

clean room comfortable bed kind staff poor signage room temperature courtyard noise

the room was super clean. i really like netflix was on the tv. the beds felt comfortable to sleep in, i dozed off almost immediately. the staff, i must say, was really amazing and kind.

the room need a better vent. i could not control the room temperature easily. the signage was a little confusing and i nearly got lost. noise outside in the courtyard was very bad, really late.
