The location was definitely a standout feature. It was close to Waverley station. The room was clean. The staff were always kind.
The pillows were too soft for me. The window could not be opened very wide so there was no good airflow. There was no AC in the room.

the location was convenient for getting around the city center it was a short walk to many places.
i found some issues the lack of air conditioning in the room was a problem as it got quite warm and the window only opened a little it made it difficult to cool down the room also the pillows were too soft for my preference i struggled to get comfortable and didn't sleep well.

The hotel is very close to attractions. I appreciated the proximity to Princes Street, the Royal Mile, and the Castle. Waverley train station was also an easy walk. The location offered convenient access to many sites.

I found the location quite central. Waverley station stood a mere five-minute stroll away. the room offered a charming traditional décor. the bed was supremely comfortable, promising restful sleep. the staff always offered smiles and assistance.
The bathroom presented a small bath. That felt a bit unusual. I would have liked it to be bigger.

The staff were friendly and helpful . The room was clean, the shower worked well, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the reception area. It featured a cozy fireplace. I took advantage of their luggage storage after requesting a late checkout, saving a fee.
The television in the room did not function. I could not connect to any channels.
