fantastic location for exploring
perfect location comfortable bedding spacious room
the hotel location was perfect. it was near victoria street and very central. the room was spacious for three. the beds had comfortable bedding. we had big towels and a heated towel rack.
i noticed slight noise from the street, but it did not bother me much.

The location was AMAZING! It was easy to walk to many attractions. Staff members were accommodating and helpful. I received a welcome gift of a bottle of Prosecco! The room was warm. It overlooked the square where there were places to eat and drink.
The wallpaper was peeling in some areas of the room.

helpful staff superb location small rooms glass door
the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was superb for exploring the area. i found chromecast available for use in the room.. it was a nice addition. the bar stayed open later than other pubs nearby.
i found the rooms to be quite small. the toilet had a glass door, which i did not prefer. it lacked privacy. i could also hear music playing until 3am.

some issues with noise and access
pub noise confusing corridors
The elevator didn't reach my floor. i had to haul my luggage up some stairs after taking the lift partway. also, the noise from the nearby pub was a problem. It was hard to sleep before midnight. the winding corridors were a bit confusing, too. it was like a maze to get to my room on the third floor.

The room was spacious and a mini fridge was inside. i found tea and coffee facilities with a variety of teas. we had room 316 next to the lift. I didn't hear it. the location was great to get around.
the reception area was small. there wasnt any real space to sit. the breakfast next door in the pub was not a pleasant place to have breakfast. i found the buffet limited.

clean room good bedding small room unlatched door
the room was clean. the shower worked well and provided hot water consistently. i found fresh linen and good bedding in my room.
My room was quite small. I had a snug double room. i also noticed the bathroom door did not latch closed. It seemed fairly common.
