my room had all amenities needed. the breakfast room felt very cute! food choices were plentiful. the staff proved helpful. i found the location great plus safe and the shower offered very hot water. the heating worked amazing. the staff are friendly, they are helpful too. rooms are spacious and clean.
the beds were quite uncomfortable! stiff even. i barely got any sleep as a result

the room felt a bit tired. the shower had very low water pressure and it took ages to rinse shampoo. also, the breakfast was okay, but the pastries tasted stale. the coffee machine wasn't working properly one morning. i reported this to the staff. but nothing changed .

The room was spacious and included tea and coffee making facilities. Free snacks were available in the fridge. I found that very nice. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful... I will definitely be back! The hotel's location was great for my needs.
