central location essential needs great deal friendly staff
i found the location very accessible to the city center. the room had all essentials i needed . the value aligned with the price, which i thought was a great deal. the staff were also friendly and ready to help when needed.
the room was cleaned less frequently than i expected.

the room had sufficient space for one person and included basic amenities such as a desk and closet. the blackout curtains were very effective, nice for a dark sleeping environment even during the bright summer months.

comfortable bedding heated bathroom quick drying basic room high price cleaning frequency
the room was exactly as described. comfortable bedding was provided. the bathroom was well appointed and HEATED, so towels dried quickly.
the room was basic for THE price. i am supportive of not changing towels everyday. however, not cleaning the room for five days seemed excessive.

The location was super central! Everything was within easy walking distance. The staff was really helpful. They gave great recommendations for local tours.
The room was quite small, a bit of a squeeze! There wasn't a fridge in the room, so keeping drinks cold was hard.

The staff proved helpful during a stressful situation.
The room size was insufficient for two people. The bathroom and room lights flickered, and the shower head showed wear. I expect a more thorough room check before guest arrival.
