Really good Value and Friendly Faces
friendly staff clean room comfortable bed great value
I found the staff friendly and helpful. The room I got was great, very clean and had the comfiest bed (I slept like a log!). I also enjoyed the food. It offered great value for the money. The pub's atmosphere and lovely staff.

cute staff central location dated room poor facilities
the staff was lovely and cute , and breakfast was good. accommodation was more than adequate , and the location was central.
the rooms felt dated and tired looking. the walls had water marks running down them. the room facilities were poor , especially the bathroom. i heard a humming noise constantly outside all night.

friendly staff family room easy check noisy road tired carpet broken rail
i stayed because a band played near by. the uni was just across the road. elaine made my check in very easy. she was very friendly and gave us a family room. that was a lovely touch.
the curtain rail came off in my room. the carpet looked tired. the room needed a lick of paint. the road was noisy even with ear plugs. it has potential to be great.
