The staff were so kind and ready to help. the location was perfect for visiting the seafront with my son. We really had a great time! the hotel also sits very close to great attractions. it made it simple to access everything we wanted to see and do.

The location was fabulous. it was right on the main strip with views of the sea. the communication from the hotel prior to my trip was great, it explained everything so well. the staff were really friendly and helpful. They provided great service.
the room felt very basic, i think it could benefit from a small upgrade.

i really enjoyed the lovely, spacious apartments that had everything i needed. the staff helped me with my heavy case, carrying it all the way to my room! the price was amazing for what i got, and i will definitely book again!
the carpet wasn't really clean and some residents were shouting when i was trying to sleep.

The bed was very clean. The room was clean upon arrival, WHAT a relief. I found the kit kat, served with a cup of tea upon arrival, a nice touch. There was plenty of coffee, milk, and sugar in the room.
I found only one pillow. I'd have preferred two.

I enjoyed the convenient location a lot. It was perfect for quick trips to the seafront since i had my young son with me! he had such a great time!!! the mattress on the bed offered amazing comfort. I managed to get more sleep than i do in my own bed. the room included everything needed for a comfortable budget stay. I really appreciated the chatty and approachable staff.
the carpet showed some dirtiness. i hope they address it soon!

the location was perfect for quick access to the seafront!!! my young son was with me, and he had such a great time. the staff was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.
The carpet had some stains. That was a bummer. the hallway doors were quite squeaky, banging shut if you didn't hold them. It got a bit noisy sometimes.
