The hotel staff were cute and always ready to assist. I found the provision of two pillows per bed to be a thoughtful touch. The modern rooms are amazing and I'd put this in 2nd place (stayed at 50+ hotels), so I will definitely be back next time I'm in town.
The walls are a bit thin. I could hear conversations next door.

The breakfast buffet offered a nice choice of cereal and yoghurt with an option to request poached or boiled eggs if required, which I certainly appreciated. The restaurant provided a good selection of food on the menu.

My room was light and airy with clean bedding and fine decoration, and I found the space to be spacious and warm. The towels were changed daily, and there was an ample supply of tea, coffee, sugar, and milk.

The hotel's location on West Street is convenient, placing it just off Filey Road. It's also near the funicular tramway to the beach, very convenient for exploring.

The hotel provides a good breakfast with a buffet. The room I stayed in was well-lit and airy (it felt very refreshing). The hotel is close to the funicular, which simplifies getting to the Spa.
The shower did not have a mat.

The staff were lovely. They provided help to those with a disability. It was so lovely to see. The pizza was very nice and I highly recommend it. The entertainment was also great, and even the elderly were up dancing. It created such a warm, loving atmosphere.
