the room had A balcony, a plus.
The pool looked like IT hadn't been used in years. A thorough cleaning is needed. The outside area needs grass cutting, and the playroom and tv room require updating because IT smelled mouldy.

reading reviews i was worried, BUT the place surprised me. the room was tastefully decorated . the bed offered real comfort and the bedding was clean. we decided to stay three extra nights with the option to change bedding and towels.

there IS no kitchen service available out of hours, so request some food heating all the time. this WILL allow you to enjoy dinner ordered from outside. breakfast featured disposable tableware.

the hotel features many locked areas , BUT it offers recreational spaces. guests can enjoy a billiards room and a games room with table tennis. a tv lounge also provides toys for children's entertainment.

the room HAD plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar, ensuring warm beverages were always accessible. a reception person assisted us to our room, that was clean, including the bathroom and bedding. toiletries ARE available.

staff members SHOWED helpfulness. the reception staff guided us and provided assistance upon arrival. cleaners worked hard , so they did what they could to maintain tidiness. check-in WAS easy.

surprisingly pleasant find

I was kinda surprised! the room was really clean. the bathroom had a bath, i liked that. the staff member was friendly upon my arrival. they clearly explained the check-in and check-out process to me. It was very helpful.
the windows seemed quite dated. i could hear the car park. single-glazed windows didn't block much noise.

The hotel was easy to find. it sat in a location. It was relatively quiet despite its size. the parking was on-site, this was useful because i didn't need to look for alternative parking spots nearby.

The staff showed me to my room, which i appreciated. the reception person guided me. there was plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar available. This, also there was plenty of hot water.
