Excellent Stay at a Beautiful Hotel

I found the location convenient. It was very close to many restaurants. The room I had was spacious. I especially loved the separate lounge and large bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The view from the room, directly facing the castle, was fine!!!
The hotel lacked bottled water in the room. I feel that this could be a nice touch.

My suite included a bedroom, a separate sitting room, and a corridor that led to the bathroom. The bathroom featured a modern design with a large shower and basin, and the water was really hot. The linen was clean and very soft.

The hotel's position is perfect, with the castle and cathedral just a short walk away. The building is lovely, offering very easy access to many historic attractions. It made exploring the area convenient.

The breakfast room is located in a lovely conservatory. The buffet breakfast was basic but perfectly edible, with continental meats and cheese available early. I found the coffee from the thermos quite satisfactory.

I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. They enhanced my stay. The hotel's location is superb! Lincoln Castle's west gate was a short walk away, with access to its grounds. I appreciated the free guided tour that provided amazing knowledge of the castle's history.

I found the location very convenient. It is near the castle. the staff were also excellent. They were both friendly and helpful. the shower offered great hot water and the room was spacious. breakfast included a good continental selection with ample choice.

The hotel location was very close to the castle. It made sightseeing quite easy. Staff members were friendly and provided good service. The continental breakfast offers local Stokes Coffee. Check-in and check-out process felt smooth.
The bed made a slight squeak during movement. It didnt impair my stay that much.

The location is very convenient. It is close to the castle. The dining hall had a beautiful design for breakfast. The staff provided friendly service.
Parking cost an extra fee. It was £10 per night. I thought parking was included, as advertised. The room seemed different from the marketing photos. The room was old and not very clean.
