the staff were POLITE. my check-in as a group of friends went very easily.
the hot WATER wasn't hot! i had to run the water for at least 10-15 minutes for it to get hot so i could wash.

The staff were helpful and friendly. My room was clean and quite spacious. The hotel is in a great location allowing easy access to local shops and restaurants (a big plus for me). I appreciated having everything I needed .
The corridor felt a bit dark, but I understand these things can be easily addressed with updated lighting.
