the staff were polite, and the location was acceptable.
I found the bathroom quite bad. The shower lacked a proper door, causing water to leak everywhere with high pressure. this made taking a shower difficult. Water went all over the walls, ceiling, and near the electricity switches, this was a danger. i asked to change rooms, but none were available.

I'm really annoyed about the wheelchair situation. The hotel advertises wheelchair availability, it was a main reason I booked here, but they didn't have any when I arrived! Even after I asked, they couldn't provide one. the air conditioning was a PROBLEM. I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room, so it was constantly cold. This made sleeping difficult.

i totally loved how close it was to everything, a super short walk. the staff was so polite and helpful, seriously the best! i found some great shops super close, that was a big plus.
The air conditioning wasn't super easy to adjust. I had a little trouble getting it just right.

The double room has good natural light and ventilation. I really liked that. modern finishes add a touch of style. it was also very clean. I felt comfortable there.

the reception team was the best i have ever met. abdulnasser and ahmed were especially helpful. i felt very welcomed, and they answered every question i had.

The hotel has an excellent layout. i loved the interiors. They are well-kept! i found transportation to jeddah and medina super easy to find right outside the door. That was awesome.
